The ordering process
View the catalogue
Browse your shows catalogue and see what products you would like to purchase. There will be an order window after which the store will close and manufacturing will commence.
Order online
Login to your productions store page using the link and password provided.
Make your purchases and add any personalisations that you want and pay for them online.
Once you have made your order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order.
Delivery
Your order will be made and then dispatched, individually wrapped with the rest of the productions order. Delivery will normally be 2 weeks after the order window is closed and will be delivered to the venue specified when the order was placed.
