  • Products are intended solely for purchase by individuals affiliated with our production, either on a full-time or freelance basis. If you are not affiliated with our production and proceed with a purchase, you will not receive the products or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payments through Shopify. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the specified payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will endeavour to get your products dispatched as soon as possible but this will vary on order quantity and delivery location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Personalized Items: Due to the customised nature of personalised items, including those featuring your production logo or your name and role/department, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

6. Personalized Items

  • Personalised items include any products that have been customised with names, initials, other personal details, or feature your productions logo as specified by you during the order process.
  • Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before submitting your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

7. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure that our product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on the website are error-free, complete, or current.
